Customer service is something very important and fundamental for us, each of your requests will be attended with our best ability, we want you to be satisfy with your order.
Exchanges must be requested within 5 business days of order receipt. Please contact at email@example.com telling us in a very specific way the reasons for return in order to start the exchange process. We will send you a pre-paid return label, but note shipping is nonrefundable and the cost of return shipping will be charged at the time of your return. Once you’ve received the return label, you have 3 business days to send it back to us.
Returned items must received in our workshop in the original packaging and must not be worn or altered in any way.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Swimwear DO NOT HAVE CHANGES due to hygiene reasons, this applies to all swim references, except for products on which it is intended to seek warranty for garment defects.
Our pieces have a 6-month warranty from the moment our customers receive the product. We will repair any manufacturing defect as soon as we can.
Please contact us addressing the manufacturing issue, send us your order number (online purchases) or the invoice proof if you made the purchase in one of our authorized stockists. We will contact you within a maximum period of 3 business days informing you about the following steps.
We will gladly accept refunds if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 days since your order date to ask for a full refund.

Shipping costs won’t be refunded. Swimwear pieces have no exchange or refund.
